How can I preserve the battery life if I’m not using the exoskeleton for a while?Updated a month ago

To maintain battery health during extended periods of non-use:

  • Charge the battery to around 50% before storage. The battery features an auto-discharge function that helps maintain this level automatically:

    • It will discharge to 96% after 3 days of inactivity

    • Then to 60% after 9 days of inactivity

    • This helps prevent battery swelling and is completely normal—even if the battery emits moderate heat during the process

  • Store the exoskeleton in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures

  • Avoid leaving the battery fully discharged, as this can lead to permanent capacity loss

  • If possible, check and recharge the battery every few months to keep it in good condition

Important: Batteries that remain unused (uncharged or undischarged) for more than three months will no longer be covered under warranty.

Following these practices will help extend the battery’s lifespan and ensure reliable performance when you’re ready to use the device again.
