If you’re unable to activate your Hypershell exoskeleton, try the following steps:
1. Check the Power Connection
• Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly connected to the device
2. Verify Software Setup
• Confirm that the Hypershell+ app is installed and your device is successfully paired
• Make sure your mobile device’s Bluetooth is enabled and close to the exoskeleton
3. Proper Wearing
• The exoskeleton must be worn correctly for the sensors to detect activation
• Check that all straps and fittings are secure and properly adjusted
