Why did I receive a tax payment notice from the carrier, even though taxes were included in my order?Updated a month ago

If your order was placed through the Hypershell official online store and your order number starts with #HSGL or #HSEU, taxes are already included in your purchase price.

However, in some countries or regions, customs authorities may conduct random inspections during shipping. As a result, the carrier may issue a tax payment notice, even though Hypershell has already covered the tax on your behalf.

👉 What should you do?

    •    Do not make any payment

    •    Simply wait for the package to clear customs and be delivered

    •    Hypershell will handle the necessary tax payments directly
